In the coffee growing belt, and the American region happens to be in the coffee growing belt, there are many famous coffee growing countries in the Americas, such as Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala and so on. Guatemala was the number one coffee producer in Central America in the 20th century and the early 21st century, and is now the ninth largest coffee producer in the world, famous for its high-quality alpine hard beans.

Guatemala

Guatemala is located in the south of North America, bordering Mexico, Belize, Honduras and El Salvador, and is bordered by the Gulf of Honduras in the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the south, with a total length of about 500 km of coastline.

Guatemala consists of 2/3 mountains and plateaus, with the Kuchu Matanes Mountains in the west, the Madre Mountains in the south, tropical rain forests in the north, and volcanic belts in the west and south, with more than 30 volcanoes. Because it is located in the tropics, the north and east belong to the tropical rain forest climate, the south belongs to the subtropical climate, the year is divided into two dry and wet seasons. The altitude of the plateau is about 1300-1800 meters above sea level, and the annual temperature is between 18-28 ℃. It will be colder in January and February. Guatemala's tropical rain forest, volcanic soil and changeable microclimate bring elegant and lively acidity, clean taste and layered coffee flavor to Guatemalan coffee beans.

Antigua in Antigua producing area

Coffee is grown in 20 provinces. Eight of them are well-known, divided into five volcanic producing areas and three non-volcanic producing areas, and coffee is planted at an average elevation of more than 1500 meters. Non-volcanic areas include Vivette Nanguo (Huehuetenango), Coban (Coban) and New Oriental (Nuevo Oriente). Volcanic areas include Atitlan, Antigua, Acatenango, Fraijanes and San Marcos. Among them, New Oriental is a new producing area, and the New Oriental Rose Summer of Qianjie coffee comes from this producing area. In addition, the most famous producing areas are Antigua and Vivette Nango. Qianjie Coffee has a washed Guatemalan Vivette Nan Fruit Coffee bean, which is selected as an entry representative, with imported citrus and berry acidity, nutty aroma and aftertaste.

Antigua is surrounded by three volcanoes: Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. Most coffee is grown in the hinterland of the valley, where it is 1500-1700 meters above sea level. Due to the active Fuego volcano, the humidity can be maintained at 65% all the year round. And mainly use shade planting, which can protect coffee trees from frost in cold weather. Dense shade and extremely shallow aquifers create a unique microclimate, coupled with fertile volcanic soil and suitable humidity, Antigua coffee has bright acidity and fruity aromas.

Raminita La Minita

Raminita is a trader who founded his own coffee brand "La Flor del Cafe" in Guatemala, which means "Coffee Flower" and translated into Chinese as "Flower God". Raminita is known for its excellent planting and handling techniques and strict quality control, and does not use pesticides on its own estates.

Raminita Flower God is produced by Pastores Mill processing, a well-known local processing plant in Guatemala.
