Recently, with the cherry blossoms in Kyoto, coffee brand% Arabica opened the world's first traditional Japanese breakfast restaurant in Japan, called% Shokud cafe, which aims to create the ultimate Japanese breakfast experience and officially opened on the 28th of last month.

After the first Arabica store opened in Hong Kong in 2013, the brand renovated a historic residential house and officially set up a global flagship store with the concept of "showcase in the alley" in Kyoto, Japan in September 2014. at present,% Arabica has 187 coffee shops worldwide, covering 24 countries and regions.
With the continuous expansion of the territory of% Arabica, the symbol, as a unique existence with a high degree of recognition, has already followed the pace of the brand to all parts of the world, and integrated into every corner of these cities. While% Shokud stores exists as the first sign to step into the canteen, it also means that the brand has "returned" to its 188th store in Japan in a decade.

It is understood that the store is located directly opposite the% Arabica Dongshan store in Kyoto, with a total of two floors of layout. It is designed with traditional Japanese wooden houses and uses cypress walls combined with glass walls, which not only retains the antique flavor of Kyoto, but also presents a modern atmosphere.
There are only 12 seats in% Shokud stores, breakfast is mainly served in three periods: 09:00 / 10:30 / 12:00. At present, there are only 6 seats at a time, and the mealtime should be within 1 hour. It is worth noting that at present, the breakfast store is operated in the form of reservation, that is, it does not receive passers-by at will, and if you need to eat, you can book a seat on the official channel of the brand in advance.
With regard to the meal section,% Shokud offers a traditional Japanese breakfast with one juice and three dishes, ichijyusansai, which is a common menu combination in Japanese cuisine, which consists of one juice (soup) and three dishes (one main course and two side dishes) with staple food (rice), which literally means "three dishes and one soup".
According to the pictures disclosed by% Arabica, each package includes flavored soup, rice, main course (grilled fish), and three side dishes (vegetables and pickled vegetables). After the meal, there will also be a choice of tea and% Arabica coffee, and the price of a set meal is 4800 yen including tax.
As for the original intention of opening this canteen, the brand said a few days ago that% Arabica Beijing restaurant usually serves freshly baked baguette sandwiches every morning, but it has always been their dream to open a restaurant. As a Japanese brand, they hope to select high-quality local ingredients, provide the best traditional Japanese breakfast, and share it with tourists from all over the world.
