For contemporary young people, if there is a list of worries, "hair loss" should be on the list and probably at the top of the list. As a result of his young age, he lost a lot of hair. He looked not only "bald", but also very worried. So many people try a variety of methods to protect their declining hairline, but the results vary from person to person.
There is no lack of family inheritance and the influence of some diseases, but it is also possible that some people's "anti-hair loss" methods have little effect because their eating habits have increased the risk of hair loss.
Recently, researchers at Tsinghua University published a study in the nutrition journal Nutrients to give young people suffering from hair loss a new idea: abstain from sugar and prevent baldness.

In this study, the researchers investigated the eating habits and hair status of 1028 subjects from 31 provinces in China. When analyzing the data, the researchers paid special attention to the correlation between hair structure and drinking sugary beverage SSB.
SSB (i.e. Sugar-Sweetened Beverages) refers to drinks with any form of sugar (such as brown sugar, corn sugar, fructose, glucose, etc.). Common SSB includes all kinds of sugary sodas, fruit juices, energy drinks, milk tea and sugary coffee on the market.
In China, young people between the ages of 13 and 29 can be regarded as the main consumer of SSB (22.38%). After all, everyone loves "happy water in fat houses", and drinking sugary drinks is also a way for contemporary people to adjust their mood.
However, in recent years, various studies have shown that excessive consumption of sugary drinks will bring a lot of health damage, such as obesity, diabetes and so on. In this study, the researchers divided participants into four groups according to the frequency of drinking: never drink, 1-4 times a week (1-1500 ml / week), 4-7 times a week (1500-3500 ml / week), and more than 7 times a week (more than 3500 ml / week).
An analysis of the data found that people who drank more than 3500 milliliters of sugary drinks a week had a 3.36 times higher risk of hair loss than those who did not drink sugary drinks. Even after adjusting for other risk factors, drinking sugary drinks more than seven times a week increased the risk of hair loss in men by 1.78 times.

Studies have shown that the more sugary drinks you drink, the higher the risk of hair loss in men. If you drink more than one bottle (500ml) a day, the incidence of hair loss in men will significantly increase by 253%!
Interestingly, the researchers also discussed which sugary drinks were responsible for hair loss. They found that no matter which sugary beverage was consumed, it was associated with significant male hair loss, especially fruit juice drinks, soft drinks, sports drinks and sweetened tea drinks. However, even pure fruit juice or nut milk with artificial sweeteners can still increase the risk of baldness.

From this point of view, if you want to win the battle against attack and keep your hairline in jeopardy, you should quickly put down the happy water in your fat house and say "never see again" with all kinds of sugary "hair remover."
