Speaking of Geisha, many people think of Panamanian Rose Summer, which is famous for its delicate floral, jasmine and peach aromas. In fact, the Rosa variety first came to Panama in the 20th century, but because the plants are fragile, they are not popular with farmers and are not widely planted. Until the Jade Manor discovered the characteristics of rose summer, it used the rose summer variety to participate in the best Panama (BOP) competition and auction in 2005, and won the first place with excellent results, which also made the rose summer variety famous in the coffee industry.

Later, rose summer was widely planted in Panama, so many well-known estates were born in the three major coffee producing areas of Boquete, Volcan-Candela and Renacimiento in Panama. When it comes to the famous manors in Panama, many people may think of Emerald Manor, Arida Manor, Jensen Manor, etc., but in fact, there are many famous manors with a long history, such as Hartman Manor.

Hartman Manor (Finca Hartmann) is named after the Hartmann family and was founded by Mr.Alois St. Hartmann (Luis Hartmann). The landowner had a rough life, born in the Czech Republic in 1891, but at that time in World War I, his two brothers died one after another on the battlefield, so his mother hid Hartmann in the cabin and took him to the United States. Then in 1911, at the age of Hartmann20, he traveled with friends to Chiriqu í, in the province of Chiriki, Panama, and decided to settle there. In 1912, he set up an estate in the primeval forest of Volcan-Candela and began growing coffee.

After marrying his wife and giving birth to Hartmann Troetsch, Troetsch inherited his father's farm and began to take over the job in 1940, and now it is inherited by the third generation of Hartmann Ratibor, Raibor and five other brothers run different affairs within the estate, and the whole family runs Hartman Manor, which is a pioneer in the Walken area because of its long history.

Volcan-Candela, located in the province of Chiriqu í in western Panama, like the Boquete producing area, surrounds the country's famous volcano Chiriki (also known as Volc á n Baru), and also has the fertile soil brought by the ash.

In addition, the Walken region is protected by the northern mountains, making it difficult to reach the moisture in the Atlantic, so the area is dry, but there is abundant rainfall, with an annual rainfall of about 3500 mm, and near La Amistad National Park (La Amistad International Park), there is a large area of tropical rain forest, which makes an excellent microclimate, and coffee is mainly grown in areas 1500-2300 meters above sea level.

Hartman Manor attaches great importance to the protection of primeval forests, with no felling and reclamation as the principle. At present, the coffee planting area in the manor accounts for only about 20%, and coffee is cultivated in the shade of trees, and the whole process of organic cultivation. Due to the protection of woodland, there are quite a lot of native birds in the manor, and the most famous big-billed bird in the area has become the standard Logo of the manor.

In addition, Hartman Manor has published two books and several papers on the theme of bird-friendly and shady cultivation. Hartman Manor has a very professional laboratory and sample baking room, testing each batch of coffee with a rigorous attitude and strict standard cups to ensure stable coffee quality and promote progress, which is why Hartmann Manor and its estates appear on the BOP list all the year round.

At present, Hartmann Manor includes Spring Eye Manor (Ojo de Agua), Spring Water (Manantial), Momoto Manor (Finca Momoto), small Manor (Mi Finquita), RMC Rocky Mountains Manor (Rocky Mountain Coffee), melon and fruit manor (Guarumo Coffee Farm), and a wide range of varieties, such as Typica, Kaddura, Catuai, Bourb ó n, Pacamara, Maragogipe. Geisha, etc.

With such a long history of manor production of coffee, Qianjie coffee will certainly start, choose Hartman Manor anaerobic sun-dried rose summer coffee beans, choose medium-to-light roasting, brewing will smell white flowers, the entrance will have layers of changeable fruit acidity, bergamot, pineapple, blueberry flavor, silky and soft taste like Earl Grey Tea, sweet and lasting.
