Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world. Due to its unique geographical and climatic conditions, the coffee growing industry has sprung up rapidly. In the 19th century, coffee was grown all over the country. Today, Brazil still accounts for 1/3 of the world's coffee production, so it has the title of "coffee kingdom".

Brazilian coffee has always been loved by coffee lovers for its mellow, low-acid and nutty cocoa aroma, with a well-balanced overall flavor and high performance-to-price ratio, so Brazilian coffee can often be seen in some Italian coffee beans. In addition, Qianjie Coffee currently has a selection of Brazilian Hilado coffee beans and individual Brazilian Queen Manor coffee beans, all of which are treated with Brazilian original half-sun (Pulped Natural).

What is half-sun in Brazil? In fact, half-sun is a method between washing and tanning. Half-sun treatment is similar to water washing in the first half, the coffee berries are cleaned and floated after harvest, and then the peel and pulp of the berries are removed by machine, but there is no water washing treatment in the pool fermentation process. Compared with the traditional sun treatment, one more step to remove the pulp and peel, removed after the sun, so as to control the degree of fermentation of pectin coffee beans.

This method can reduce the use of water, control the sun drying process more accurately, reduce the risk of fermentation, and the removal of pulp and peel can also reduce sun drying time and save time costs. Therefore, compared with the most commonly used sun treatment in Brazil, this method will improve the cleanliness and maturity of coffee fruits and lead to a more balanced and uniform taste of coffee. However, at present, not all coffee producing areas in Brazil are using half-sun treatment, and there are still some areas that mainly use sun treatment.

Brazil is vast in territory and abundant in resources. coffee is grown and produced in 17 of the 26 states. The vast majority of coffee in Brazil is grown in the states of MINAS GERAIS, ESPIRITO SANTO, SAO PAULO and PARANA. Together, the four major producing areas account for more than 80 per cent of total coffee production in Brazil, and both Arabica and Robsta coffee varieties are grown at the same time.

But when it comes to Brazilian boutique coffee, it is mainly concentrated in the states of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais, where the state of Sao Paulo only produces Arabica beans, and the highest coffee growing altitude in Brazil is in the sub-producing area of Sao Paulo, Mogiana, with an average altitude of 9-1100 meters. Together with the sub-regions of Minas Gerais, Cerrado and Sul de Minas are the three most important coffee producing areas in Brazil.

Mogiana is located in the northern part of the state of Sao Paulo, near the South Minas producing area. Its name comes from the famous Mojiana Mogiana railway, which is the first railway in Brazil, which has greatly promoted the economic development and trade of the region, ‌. The land here is rich in minerals, the terrain is uneven, and most of them are mountainous, so unlike other low-altitude areas in Brazil, where machinery can be used to harvest coffee on a large scale, it is mainly picked by hand.

The better-known estate in this region is Fazenda Rainha, also known as Queen Farm, which has a long history of coffee cultivation, mainly growing yellow bourbon (a bourbon variety unique to the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, with orange ripe fruit), and paying great attention to environmental protection and coffee quality, so the Queen's Manor often appears in the Brazilian COE Cup list.

Qianjie Coffee, the yellow bourbon beans of the Brazilian Queen's Manor, use half-sun treatment, the entrance will have a sweet fruit, with nutty flavors such as sugar cane, chocolate and peanuts, weak and clean bitterness, smooth and delicate taste. It is a good choice for some friends who don't like sour taste very much.
