Lin Dong Mantning of Qianjie comes from this, using the coffee variety of Ateng (what the locals call Katim Catimor), and using the wet planing method (Wet Hulling) with local characteristics, which is derived from the local typhoon, humid and rainy climate. This makes this Lin Dong Mantenin have herbal, dark chocolate flavor, caramel-like mellow taste and high sweetness after brewing.
Gold manning (Golden Mandheling) is a better synonym for manning. Gold manning in Qianjie is produced by PWN (N.V. Pwani Medan Company), a famous Indonesian export trading company, which mainly buys high-quality mantenin coffee locally and contracts for the best local varieties of mantenin coffee.
And, as there are many different types of PWN products on the market, in order to distinguish and prevent fraudulent names, PWN registers the English "Golden Mandheling" of gold manning as the company's trademark, so only the gold manning coffee produced by PWN is the real gold manning.
The company originally used Mantenin coffee from the Lindong region, but later switched to Mantenin from the Jiayu Mountain area. The name of the Gayo producing area of Mount Gayu comes from the local Gayo Gayu people, which is located in the mountain area of Aceh Aceh province with an elevation of 1300-1600 meters. It is most famous for its coffee grown in Lake Tawa, which is not as large as Lake dopa, but has surpassed Lake dopa in terms of coffee variety and yield in recent years.
In addition, according to the Indonesian national standard, the grading of raw coffee beans mainly depends on the defect score, and the highest grade is G1. Lin Dong Manning and Gold Manning are both grade G1, but PWN will arrange manual manual selection of coffee beans for three times after the acquisition of G1 coffee beans, to remove the defective, small and ugly beans, and the rest are large and plump coffee beans with small defects. In order to improve the quality and cleanliness of the coffee, the price of PWN gold Mantenin is much higher than that of other Mantenin.
Qianjie gold Manning and Lin Dong Manning are the same as the use of Ateng varieties, the use of wet planing method, but the selection of different producing areas, and gold Manning has a more rigorous screening, the corresponding price is not the same. Gold Mantning has toast, pine, caramel and cocoa flavors when tasting, which is cleaner than Lindong Mantenin, the overall aroma is mellow, the level is more varied, and the final rhyme has a richer caramel sweetness.
