Recently, a number of consumers on social platforms posted posts saying that the two new products on the shelves, strawberry Baiqiao and strawberry white Qiaomi Deep-Fried Glutinous Rice Cake Stuffed with Bean Paste, did not match the actual propaganda pictures of strawberry Baiqiaomi, according to a Polar News report.

It is reported that the two new strawberry products reported by consumers are the limited drinks jointly signed by Jasmine Milk White and Barbie. In the official promotional picture, the bottom of both drinks is covered with a thick, well-grained strawberry pulp, accounting for about 1/4 of the whole cup.

After seeing the product picture, a group of strawberry lovers were so moved that they tried to place an order immediately after the drink was put on the shelves. However, to their surprise, the strawberry pulp they had in mind did not appear in the drink they got.

According to the buyer's show posted by consumers, the strawberry pulp in the drink is only a thin layer at the bottom, and the traces of strawberry pulp may not be seen in some physical pictures.

After buying a new product, a netizen first used a filter to screen out the strawberry pulp deposited in the cup, and then put it back into the jasmine milk-white packing cup, and found that the actual amount of strawberry pulp added to the drink was naturally different from the drink on the poster.

Due to the discrepancy between the received and the official poster, some consumers applied for a refund on the grounds that "the promotional picture is inconsistent with the physical object and involves false propaganda," and the store agreed to refund.

To this end, the reporter issued an order for two new products from two jasmine milk stores in Wuhan, and only a few strawberry grains can be seen at the bottom of the drink, which is indeed consistent with the situation that consumers feedback that the goods are not right.

The reporter reflected the above problems to the Jasmine Milk White store, and the staff responded that some customers had reported to the store that the large particles of strawberry pulp made it difficult to absorb strawberries, so the store optimized the production method and mashed the fresh strawberries into small particles before adding them to the drink.

As for the reason for the scarcity of strawberry pulp, the clerk believes that the drink may have been shaken by the rider during distribution, causing the strawberry grains deposited at the bottom to merge with the liquid, which makes the drink look different from customers' psychological expectations.

They said, "the production process is monitored and each cup is weighed, and each cup will contain 80g strawberries." if consumers pick up their own meals after placing an order at the store, they will find that there will not be much difference between the newly prepared drink and the promotional picture. However, if the take-out distribution, the actual users receive drinks will inevitably be different.
