When you mention bourbon, you may think of Brazil first; when you mention SL24 and SL34, you will think of Kenya; and sidra and Typica Mejorado are the iconic coffee bean species of Ecuador, a unpopular coffee-producing country.

In Spanish,"Mejorado" means "optimization, improvement", so Typica Mejorado means an improved or enhanced version of a tin card and is also translated as "Mejorado." This rare coffee variety, like Xizhao, belongs to the experimental masterpiece of the coffee breeding center established by Nestlé in the early years of Pichincha Province of northern Ecuador. The main task of the organization is to cultivate and cross Ethiopian native species with local Tienca or Bourbon.

Later, after genetic identification by Wcr, it was found that the improved iron pica actually had no direct genetic relationship with the iron pica, but was a mixture of red bourbon and Ethiopian native species. In terms of flavor, the improved iron pickup truck has a more transparent citrus charm and flower and fruit notes, and the overall sweet, sour and juicy taste spectrum is significantly higher than that of traditional tin card and bourbon.
