According to the official product map, the biggest difference between the new product and the regular drink in appearance is the addition of a chocolate Snoopy. The puppy in a green T-shirt emerges from the top of the cream, which is not only interesting, but also suitable for taking pictures.

However, excited customers found that their drinks were not as shown in the official publicity photos, and Snoopy was not seen in the cream top, but a cute puppy packaged separately from the shop assistant. This means that if you want to get a new product that is exactly the same as the product drawing, the customer has to complete the final decoration steps.

The way the product was produced really surprised many consumers. They took out the chocolate in the plastic package and carefully placed it on the top of the cream, but the puppy that should have stood on the liquid surface was directly submerged in the coffee because of the placement angle, technique, and so on. Some guests believe that Starbucks' official photo has been decorated with chocolate chips and that the product should follow the picture. What's more, professional work should be left to professionals, and the decorations given by shop assistants to drinks should look better than they do, and they can more or less give them some time to prepare for snapshots.

In addition, some customers posted the chocolate chips they received, believing that the independently packaged Snoopy was likely to be "out of place" during delivery, and that the chocolate might be placed in the drink in advance to ensure that the customer received it intact.

However, users who receive decorated drinks believe that if decorative chocolates are placed on packaged drinks in advance, guests may complain about the store because they cannot find a melted or sunken Snoopy. Moreover, the location of decorations placed by some employees may not be to the liking of consumers.

From this point of view, it is better to pack the decorative Snoopy separately, and then the customer's own DIY will be more suitable for the needs of most users and reduce store complaints.

In the face of all kinds of feedback on the social platform, Starbucks employees said that whether or not to put decorations at the time of production was not what netizens guessed to look at the mood of the shop assistant. According to the production standards set by the brand, whether the new products are eaten in a restaurant or packed, Snoopy chocolates are required to be handed over to the guests in a separate, unopened way and decorated by the consumers themselves.
