March of this year is officially coming to an end. In these last few days, Lucky has still performed steadily and promoted its new product "Big Watermelon, Raw Coconut and Cold Extract" on time. It is planned to be launched in stores across the country next Monday, April 7.
Although there is still a full week before the official launch of the new product, as the shop assistants successively completed the latest operational affairs assessments and learned about the ratio of the new product and related production details, Ruixing's working circle once again sounded a series of curses, all accusing how "tormenting" the various cumbersome operations of preparing raw materials were.
It was revealed through posts from these employees that after 6 and 8 minutes of making tea by hand, the coffee liquor needed for Ruixing's upcoming new products still needs to be brewed by hand, and the time is longer. There are still many quality control details during the production process. Pay attention to, making the production of a cup of coffee time-consuming and troublesome, and also aggravate the already heavy workload of migrant workers once again.
It is understood that the cold extraction solution launched by Ruixing's R & D department only needs to soak coffee powder for 18 minutes, which is obviously different from the low-temperature extraction that most people think of as often as several hours, or even more than ten hours, although we don't know the taste. I know, but this slightly unusual operation is indeed a little difficult to understand, and many migrant workers also joke about themselves as "hand-brewed baristas."
Perhaps considering that passers-by had difficulty understanding what they were complaining about, Lucky's own front-line employees described in detail the scene that might be staged in the store in a week:
According to the requirements of the company's operating affairs, first print the expiration date, then wear disposable gloves to sort out the filter paper. Pour the coffee powder in a 5L cold extraction pot, add straight drinking water and stir. Start counting for 18 minutes, and then you can go to other products. After the timing is over, you need to put on gloves again, filter out the cold extraction, and put it into another clean pot, and place it in the refrigerator for refrigerated storage.
In fact, the above preparation steps are not complicated, but the problem is that there are several products in the Qingxia series currently on sale at Ruixing that require employees to manually extract tea. If one person is on duty on weekdays, it is impossible to handle it. Now I am actually preparing to launch an 18-minute cold extract coffee. I am afraid that at least 3 timers alone will have to be prepared, and in the end, I have to clean them one by one. It really makes the working people scream,"The sky is falling."
What they find most difficult to understand is that a pack of cold extract made from coffee powder is only enough to produce 4.5 cups of new products, and the capacity of the kettle is limited and cannot accommodate two packs of powder at all. In case there is a big order in the store and customers order more than 5 cups of this new cold extract product at the same time, it will definitely lead to insufficient conditions.
Moreover, the company also clearly stipulates that stores cannot stop selling new products during the launch period. That is to say, when the cold extract prepared in advance cannot meet the production volume, the clerk can only negotiate and communicate with the customer and let the other party wait until the new product is ready. Coffee liquid. The consequences can also be imagined. Either customers will receive refunds and complaints, or the store's timeliness rate will be directly lowered.
In this regard, in addition to posting complaints and detailing the management's "outrageous" arrangements, the migrant workers also did not forget to give full play to their talents and took the opportunity to make two very appropriate emoticons to express their helplessness after reading the latest operating matters.
