① Simple version of filter paper

It should be noted that since the filter paper is wetted throughout the process during brewing, the stress is easy to break, so the action of injecting water should be gentle to avoid crushing the support points. If an ordinary kettle is used, it is recommended to pour in a small amount multiple times.

The coffee brewed in this way is closer to the usual version and can obviously be drunk on the front street. Hathiu's berries, flowers, guava and honey are sweet, rich in taste, high in cleanliness, with a slight black tea flavor.

② Tea pot brewing

Almost every China family has a tea set. As long as you are not afraid of being "beaten" by your elders, this method is still very feasible.

The actual operation is similar to making tea. Add 10g of coffee powder to the purple clay pot (the amount of powder depends on the size of the pot), add 150 - 200g of hot water to the teapot, control the temperature at about 90 - 95 ° C, and start Timing, patiently soak for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, pour out all the coffee liquor.

③ Make coffee in a pot

Although this method may sound rough, it is the easiest form of extraction we can implement at home. You only need to prepare a saucepan, heating source, water, and coffee powder to make high-concentration coffee.

Here, first add 300ml of drinking water to the saucepan, start heating until small bubbles emerge, then immediately pour in 15g of ground coffee powder and start timing (coffee powder will absorb water, and the powder-to-water ratio is controlled at about 1:17~1:20).

After the coffee liquid in the pot has completely boiled, set the heat to a minimum, and use a small spoon to stir clockwise to allow the powder to fully contact the hot water. Turn off the heat immediately after 2 minutes, find a filter cloth or filter screen to remove the large coffee grounds, wait for the small powder particles in the coffee liquor to precipitate a little, and you can start drinking.

④ Direct soaking

This kind of solution is actually imitating coffee cup testing. It is mainly aimed at small partners who do not have teapots, filters, and pots. In addition to coffee powder and hot water, we also need to prepare a spoon and two cups.

The previous operation is the same as method ②. Add coffee powder and hot water to the cup one after another, stir well, wait for 3 minutes, use a spoon to scrape off the upper layer of powder, and be careful not to remove the coffee that sinks to the bottom. Lift up the grounds.
