According to reports, Wall Coffee, headquartered in Switzerland, has set up offices in 14 of the 20 major coffee producing countries in the world, purchasing 60% of the coffee annually.

At noon yesterday, Simao Arabica Star Coffee Co., Ltd. and Swiss Wall Coffee Company will formally sign a "joint venture contract." after the "marriage" of the two companies, they will jointly invest in the establishment of Yunnan Wal Coffee Co., Ltd. in Pu'er.

According to reports, Wall Coffee, headquartered in Switzerland, has set up offices in 14 of the 20 major coffee producing countries in the world, purchasing more than 600,000 tons of coffee a year, and is called the world's three largest coffee buyers together with Newman and Ekham.

Liu Yan, general manager of Simao Arabica Star Coffee Co., Ltd., said that the company has built a coffee production line with an annual processing capacity of 10000 tons in Pu'er Industrial Park. The products are exported to Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Britain and the United States and other countries. It has long-term trade cooperation with many foreign companies, of which more than 60% of the company's products are supplied to Wall Coffee Company.

After the "marriage" of the two companies, they will jointly invest in the establishment of Yunnan Wall Coffee Co., Ltd. in Pu'er, which will open up comprehensive cooperation between the two sides in coffee procurement, export and deep processing.

According to a person in charge of the Pu'er Coffee Industry Development Office, at present, Pu'er coffee production has accounted for half of the country, mainly exported to Germany, the United States, Belgium, France and other more than 30 countries and regions. In recent years, a number of international coffee enterprises are rushing to Pu'er, Nestl é, Starbucks, Ikam, Louis Duff and other enterprises have further strengthened their cooperation with Pu'er.
