SantaRosa,CA, Calif.-loringSmartRoast has announced the launch of a new 15kg coffee roaster that can roast 1/4 bags at a time. It will be a new member of the company's traditional hot air roaster series, with 1/2 bags of 35kg Kestrel and 70kg Peregrine. In addition to loring's unique flavor preservation baking technology (Flavor-lockRoastProcessTech-nology), the Falcon roaster is also equipped with non-parallel control (UnparalleledControl) and energy-saving technology (energyefficiencytechnology), which is most suitable for small bakers. In addition, the Falcon roaster has a smokeless baking design, touch screen computer control, baking program recording and the same fast cooling system as 35kg and 70kg. The Falcon also continues the environmental concept of loring, saving up to 80 per cent of power consumption compared to traditional roasters of the same class.

In the past, manufacturers who wanted to choose small hot air roasters could only use old models with less heat, but their disadvantage was that they could not keep the heat and trigger the whole baking process. Loring's goal is to promote the Falcon to small bakeries that want to use the technology peculiar to large roasters but do not need a lot of baking.
