"At the beginning of the competition registration, it received the attention of the majority of baristas, and the number of applicants in Taiyuan reached the requirements of the competition in a very short time. Of the 28 contestants, six entered the finals to compete for two places in the China regional trials in Shanghai." In the creative coffee competition, tea, fruit, nuts, etc. are added to the coffee by the contestants, which is refreshing. "My creative coffee is concentrated on the basis of passion fruit and osmanthus, and finally sprinkled with Yunnan Tujia ginger sugar. This gives the coffee not only a tropical fruity flavor, but also a light osmanthus aroma when tasted by the customer." Guo Xiaoxia, a post-80s barista, explains his creative coffee on stage.
