Construction of ecological park in pine forest

Linhai Park, which is under planning and construction, covers an area of 167000 square meters, with an international bathing beach in the north, high-tech buildings in the south, residential areas and hotels on the east and west sides.

In line with the concept of harmony between man and nature, the construction of Linhai Park began in May last year. "We plan to build Linhai Park into a comprehensive park with leisure, culture, entertainment, fitness and other functions, and turn it into a leisure base on the western coast of Weihai." The official said that this coastal shelterbelt was planted in the 1950s and has been used to prevent wind and fix sand. Like other shelterbelts, it is composed of black pines and has been silently guarded by the seaside for more than 60 years.

In order to better manage and protect the pine forest and provide a good place for leisure and entertainment for citizens living in the high area, the high area decided to plan and build it into a comprehensive park. According to the unique geographical location of this pine forest and the artistic conception of "Pine Tao Linhai, Lang Green Bocui", it is named Linhai Park.

The first phase of the project will be opened before May 1.

On the afternoon of the 10th, when the reporter came to the construction site of Linhai Park, he saw that among the pine trees, a "road of happiness" had been completed. Happiness Avenue is more than 300 meters long and runs through the whole pine forest. Walking on the "Road of Happiness", the sea breeze is familiar, the mountain breeze is fragrant, and the rows of palace lanterns with classical flavor on both sides sway with the wind. Downwards, several color wind turbines attracted the attention of reporters. "the wind turbines here can not only power the decorative lights in the park, but also beautify the environment." Liu Zhao, the person in charge of the construction of the project in the high district municipal office, said.

Shuttling through the forest, the reporter did not see the construction staff, only a few managers. Liu Zhao said that due to the low temperature, Linhai Park is close to the seaside, the air is wet and cold, and there are no construction conditions for the time being.

"work is expected to start around the 20th." Liu Zhao said that the first phase of the Linhai Park project, which is currently being built, covers an area of about 63000 square meters, the main outline has been completed, and a small number of buildings are being decorated inside and outside. It is understood that according to the construction plan, the first phase of Linhai Park will be completed before May 1 this year and will be open to the public. In addition, the second phase of the project has also started, while the third phase of the project is still under planning and construction.

"the combination of Linhai Park and international bathing beaches can provide people with three natural baths: sea water bath, forest bath and sunbathing. At that time, it will become a healthy entertainment and leisure base in the west of Weihai." Liu Zhao said.

In order to maintain the original ecological landform of Linhai Park, in the aspect of water system construction, the rainy fog area was planned and constructed in accordance with the principle of "making use of all available space". The rain and fog area mainly includes Huaxi waterfall, Qingquan Shijian, Quxi Huifang and other landscapes. Among them, the waterfall area of Huaxi, as the opening part of the whole stream, is close to the "Road of Happiness". In order to echo the Avenue of Happiness, Huaxi Waterfall has set up a rockery piled up by lakes and stones as the source. The water system flows in the pine forest, and all kinds of green seedlings are arranged beside the stream, which complement each other with falling waterfalls, rain and fog. After completion, Songtao is equipped with underwater sound in bursts, so that visitors can experience all aspects of sight, hearing and touch.

It is understood that according to its functions, Linhai Park is divided into north-south entrance area, Happiness Avenue, children's activity area, rain and fog area, forest leisure area, elderly activity area, matchmaking wedding area, children's exploration area, and so on. In the course of the interview, the reporter was attracted by the European-style leisure coffee shop, corridor, elegant wedding church and other buildings in the pine forest from time to time. In addition to these, there is a special children's activity area for children in the park, and the main play facilities are pirate ships, merry-go-round, small trains, children's igloo, children's swimming pool and so on. Not only the newlyweds and children, the various functional zones in the park can meet the leisure needs of different people. Among them, the forest leisure area, including cafes, wooden landscape kiosks, etc., rest, while enjoying the natural beauty, as if in a natural oxygen bar.

During the reporter's interview, Qi Bensong, who lives in the high district, went through the "Road of Happiness." He is 65 years old. since he retired and stayed at home, he has been exercising sooner or later. Every day, he goes through Linhai Park for a walk by the sea. "since the construction of Linhai Park, I have been paying close attention to it. When the construction is completed, we will have a good place for recreation and exercise." Qi Bensong said.

Qi Bensong's grandson, 5 years old, is in kindergarten. Every weekend, the old couple worry about "where to take their children to play." "in the future, I will take my children to the children's activity area in Linhai Park. I no longer have to take a bus all the way to the city." Qi Bensong said.

Citizen Wang Lin lives in the Changhong living area in the high district. When he goes out for a walk with his family in spring and summer, he always chooses to go to the seaside or in the woods of nearby colleges and universities. Wang Lin told reporters that he felt that there had never been a decent leisure park in the high area. when he learned that the construction of Linhai Park had started, the whole family was looking forward to it.
