New Coffee drying equipment and Technology invented by Yunnan Lingfeng Group
Xinhua Yunnan Channel, February 17 (Reporter Ji Zhe Peng) in Yunnan, the largest coffee producing area in China, the lack of traditional coffee drying space and the decline in quality caused by cloudy and rainy weather restrict the initial processing of coffee. A few days ago, Lingfeng Group of Lincang City, Yunnan Province independently developed the technology and equipment of "back pressure hot air penetration assisted drying coffee", realized the factory controlled operation of the initial processing of coffee, and obtained the utility model technology patent issued by the State intellectual property Office, and has been popularized and used in some coffee producing areas.

Sai Min, deputy general manager of Lingfeng Group, said that the group invested more than 10 million yuan and sent a team of experts to inspect and learn advanced processing technology at home and abroad, through optimization, upgrading and repeated improvement of drying technology and equipment. repeated comparative experiments on the effects of different temperature curves and drying methods on the quality of coffee beans. Finally, through integrated innovation, we independently developed the technology and equipment of "back pressure hot air penetration assisted drying coffee".
According to reports, Lingfeng's "back pressure hot air penetration assisted drying coffee" process and equipment have the advantages of ensuring balanced and stable quality of coffee beans, short processing cycle, controllable drying process and not limited by natural conditions. compared with the traditional natural drying, it has the advantages of saving land, requiring fewer operators and so on. It solves the problems of insufficient traditional drying space, long drying time, poor quality caused by overcast and rainy weather, unstable product quality, excessive labor cost and so on. During the 2014-2015 coffee production season, Lingfeng's coffee base will be put into production of about 60, 000 mu, and 15 coffee processing plants will be built, which can be used to process 5000 tons of dried coffee beans.
Sai Min said that in order to promote the new coffee drying process, Lingfeng Group invested in the establishment of Pu'er Lingfeng Coffee Co., Ltd. in July 2014. As of January 2015, Pu'er Lingfeng Company has built 13 coffee drying plants in Pu'er area, with a daily drying capacity of 100 tons of dried beans, which can meet the production capacity of 20,000 tons of coffee. In more than a month of the 2014-2015 production season, Pu'er Lingfeng Company has produced more than 1000 tons of coffee on its behalf, with a short processing cycle and stable product quality, which has been recognized by local farmers and dealers. To a certain extent, it has solved the problems of more Rain Water in producing areas and damp coffee beans.
At present, the coffee drying process of Lingfeng Company is being promoted in coffee producing areas, and the processing plant is producing at full capacity.
