Q: How did you get into the coffee business?
Chao: I entered this industry because I worked in a coffee training school as a logistics officer after retiring from the army. I gradually became interested in coffee after work, and also because I accidentally pulled out a leaf and started the journey of pulling flowers.
Q: When did you start playing with flowers?
Super: entered the coffee industry in 2011, and began to learn to pull flowers in 2012.
Coffee: Advice for those who want to learn coffee
Super: First of all, we are still a barista rather than a flower puller, so we need to pay more attention to our coffee extraction and milk foam processing. Basic skills are very important! Try to follow the choice of letting the foam flow naturally in the cup. The more natural the swing, the more beautiful the work will be! There is no so-called technique to learn to pull flowers.
