Taipei will launch professional certification for brewing and roasting coffee
Taiwan media reported that Chen Ye-hsin, director of labor of Taipei City, said that as soon as this year, a professional certification focusing on the preparation and roasting of coffee will be launched, so that young people who devote themselves to coffee culture can have an affirmation and value.

Chen Yexin said that apart from planning to launch professional certification mainly for the preparation and baking of coffee, the Labor Bureau will also continue to promote coffee culture festivals, so that drinking coffee through settlements or block planning may no longer be just a habit.
