Sulawesi Island is produced by a large grain of "Kalosi", represented by Delaga in the mountains of the southwest (elevation 1200 meters). Arabica coffee beans were originally grown in the Indonesian archipelago, but later, due to a near-extinction disease, Indonesia was not allowed to grow a large number of Robasta coffee, which is more resistant to diseases and insect pests.
