The Bobart coffee roaster has a baking capacity of about 480kg per hour, and its baking capacity per batch is 120kg. It is suitable for roasting coffee in the time range of 8-20 minutes.
Similarly, it can bake a range of 80-120 kg of coffee. In this case, the baking time may vary.
The G120 roaster, which now has further design development, provides a tight structure of its own, with overall cooling water coordination, electrical installation and electrical control panels and pneumatic control parts.
Baking drum: the core unit of baking equipment-a very dense insulation from the inside out. The usual baking hot gas is provided by the burner, which enters the baking drum directly through the barbed wire and through part of the circulation loop, and the baking hot gas is always surrounded by the baking drum.
Pre-cooling water, at the end of baking, it is installed in the drum cover by a water gun. Quench directly on the product to cool the roasted high-temperature coffee.
The fan and igniter of the baking furnace are controlled by a management system to provide the best combustion fire. Appropriate gas supply and electrical systems are under the control of the management system.
The G120AU1 designed the left-hand operation.
There are two styles, AP version (automatic-pneumatic) and HP (manual-pneumatic).
Different exhaust removal devices can be used, such as pre-cleaning heating or catalyst exhaust systems after combustion.
