Four ingredients in coffee that may affect skin quality

1. Caffeine

4. Monosulfonic acid
Both coffee and tea contain monosulfonic acid. Although monosodium acid can be processed by the liver and excreted out of the body, at the same time some of it will be retained and absorbed by it, and over time it will form liver spots on your skin.
Suggestion: "caffeine herbal tea, or drink plenty of water"
Overall, too much caffeine, sugar and milk can have a negative effect on the skin. Try to slowly give up coffee with too much flavor and additives, drink more water, detoxify and prevent boiling water, reduce the amount of caffeine and switch to decaffeinated coffee and decaffeinated herbal tea.
