"take a cup in the middle of a cup, please!" this is the beginning of many people's daily life, or maybe because of the increase in workload, we want to stay awake with more caffeine, and more and more people are starting to drink coffee under the heavy work pressure. According to statistical data, Taiwan has a coffee population of about 5.4 million, and each person drinks about 130 cups of coffee every year, and is growing rapidly year by year. Maybe we really need coffee to boost our spirits, but no coffee can be taken too much. For example, the ingredients contained in the following kinds of coffee may be one of the culprits causing muscle problems!

1. Caffeine

Of course, coffee can be diuretic and help the generation, but if you take too much, the water in the system will be gradually lost, resulting in muscle jelly! This means that muscles are more likely to develop inflammation or lose collagen. In addition, too much caffeine can increase liver cancer and cause toxins to be produced in the body. If there is not enough water to help the generation, the toxins in the skin will make acne appear.

Suggestion: caffeine intake, a maximum of 300 mg a day, about 2 to 3 cups of coffee. (American)

two。 milk

If you have acne muscle problems all the time, and you don't know what the problem is, you might as well calculate the amount of your milk products. Milk contains chloramphenicol, which will accelerate sebum secretion.

Suggestion: sugar-free almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk can be used instead of milk.

3. Sugar

Too much sugar will not only increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, but also cause "saccharification" to lead to early aging and inflammation of muscles.

Suggestion: do not choose sweet coffee such as vanilla, hazelnut or mocha; choose basic American coffee or coffee.

4. Monosulfonic acid

Both coffee and tea contain monosulfonic acid. Although monosodium acid can be processed by the liver and excreted out of the body, at the same time some of it will be retained and absorbed by it, and over time it will form liver spots on your skin.

Suggestion: "caffeine herbal tea, or drink plenty of water"

Overall, too much caffeine, sugar and milk can have a negative effect on the skin. Try to slowly give up coffee with too much flavor and additives, drink more water, detoxify and prevent boiling water, reduce the amount of caffeine and switch to decaffeinated coffee and decaffeinated herbal tea. Of course it's not easy, but it's worth a try!
