The China Coffee League (CCL), a simple but weighty name, is a large collection of coffee industries. Not only to become the builder of the competition platform, but also to become the leader of professional competitions. Just like brewing competitions and barista professional skill competitions, it combines accurate competition experience with reality, allowing players, judges and participants to take a step forward through the competition.

The China Coffee Alliance brings advanced concepts and guides the atmosphere of "grounding". Instead of talking about a few words, go have a drink calmly. Based on the principle of "overall planning, careful organization, professionalism and excellence in each game," it is planned to arrange nine competition areas in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Northwest China, Yunnan, Fujian, Hainan, Sichuan and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. After everyone's efforts, the "2015 China Coffee Alliance Cup Coffee Brewing Competition" will be held in Hall 3.1 of Guangzhou Pazhou China Import and Export Commodities Fair from September 10 to 12, 2015.

The purpose of the selection contest of "China Coffee Alliance Cup Coffee Brewing Competition" is to build a platform for Chinese baristas to communicate, learn and compete. Train players to be familiar with and master the rules of brewing competition, improve the technical level of coffee brewing, and strive to achieve good results in international brewing competitions!

The competition is divided into: preliminary and final. The preliminary competition consists of two parts, designated brewing & self-selected brewing; the final is self-selected brewing. Designated brewing: 5 minutes preparation time and 7 minutes competition time for each competitor; optional brewing: 5 minutes preparation time and 10 minutes competition time for each competitor.

Qualifications:

1. Coffee lovers over 20 years old with Chinese nationality;

2, engaged in barista work for more than 2 years, can skillfully complete the brewing of fine coffee;

3. The number of applicants for the same work unit shall not exceed 2 (including 2), subject to the official seal stamped on the registration form;

4. If the contestants of this competition participate on behalf of their units, their work units must be one of Guangdong Province, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region, and the business license of the work unit must be the area covered by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao;

5. If the contestants in this competition represent individuals, their ID cards must be located in the areas covered by Guangdong Province, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region;

6. This competition is held at the same time as the exhibition. In order to match the exhibition time, the number of applicants is limited to 30. Please forgive me.

Registration deadline for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao competition: August 20, 2015

I. National Finals Time: November or December 2015 (specific time to be determined)

II. Division arrangement: In line with the principle of "overall planning, careful organization, professionalism and excellence in each competition", it is planned to arrange ten major divisions in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Northwest China, Yunnan, Fujian, Hainan, Sichuan, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and Shandong. Other provinces and cities with strength and willingness to hold division competitions can apply to CCL competition group and can undertake them with CCL approval.

The winners and runners-up of each division will participate in the finals. (Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Division champions, first runners-up and third runners-up participate in the finals)

III. Financing of competition expenses: Except for the finals, which are uniformly raised by CCL, the expenses of other provinces and cities are raised by the organizers themselves, self-managed and earmarked to ensure the smooth completion of the competition.

IV. Conditions and principles confirmed by the undertaking unit:

(2)Unite with the industry in the region and carry out the competition activities in accordance with the principles of fairness, justice and win-win.
