Old Street White Coffee comes from Malaysian coffee, including original white coffee, hazel fruit and brown sugar. White coffee is a specialty of old street farm in Ipoh, Malaysia, which has a history of nearly a hundred years. White coffee is baked at a low temperature without caramel, removing the bitter and sour taste produced by high-temperature carbon roasting, minimizing the bitterness and acidity of the coffee, and retaining the natural flavor and rich aroma of the original coffee. It is said that the first generation of traditional white coffee was pioneered by Hainan roasters in an old-fashioned coffee shop in the town of Ipoh, Malaysia.

White coffee was developed by Hainan people who emigrated to Malaysia. During the late Qing Dynasty, people from Hainan went to Nanyang as far away as Nanyang, and they came to Ipoh Street later than other people, so most of them engaged in cooking and catering for foreign officials and businessmen of the colonial government, and dealt with them.
