Train Museum to Cafe? The designer world always surprises you.
Sheldon, the venomous god in the Big Bang Theory, loves trains from the bottom of his heart. Just look at his childishness when he goes to a train restaurant. Of course, he is not childish in his normal state. If he knew there were three new train restaurants in the National Railway Museum in Yorkshire, would he leave quantum physics and take off the Green Lantern T-shirt and let Penny take it to play?
Founded in 1975, the National Railway Museum, as the birthplace of trains, houses the largest steam-powered locomotives, third-class trams, Eurostar, Japanese Shinkansen and Stephenson rocket replicas.
Based on the National Train Museum, the three restaurants are all designed by SHH, they are located in the indoor The Dining Car, The Mallard Cafe.DeliBakery and looks like the exterior The Container Cafe.
The Dining Car
With a dining area of 450 square meters, the overall layout of the restaurant is in the form of a platform, with a bar and a pick-up area in the middle, a dining area transformed on both sides by train carriages, a long red-printed seat and a luggage rack overhead. There are also three sleeping rooms like a murder on the Orient Express. The whole restaurant is like a bustling railway station in the 19th century, with an old sense of age.
The Mallard Cafe.DeliBakery
The Mallard, which can hold 120 people, is more casual and simple, with scattered tables and chairs and large frame steel frame structure, the bar area is designed into a circular arc to make it more convenient for customers to order, the inside is supported by stainless steel shelves to support the refrigerator and coffee maker, and the exquisite triangular spotlights above the bar reflect the attention of the details.
The Container Cafe
In the outdoor area converted from four containers, lemon yellow, warm orange and Chinese red are three super-saturated colors that firmly grasp the line of sight. The lemon yellow container is a cold drink area, and the door is marked with small snowflakes; the red one in China is the hot food area, represented by a flaming icon. The restaurant specializes in ice cream and pizza. you can imagine the infinite comfort of sitting in the sunset and enjoying dinner in the evening when the sun has not faded.

Starbucks coffee is considered to be one of the representatives of globalization and American culture.
