On Kent Beach in the south-east of England, there is a Scandinavian cafe with a coastal architectural style on the outside.

Design firm Haptic is an architecture firm with offices in London and Oslo, Norway. This time, Haptic practiced the Nordic design on the seaside of London, combining the beach cabin with the Nordic cabin in the cold climate. Looking out from the hollowed-out windows in the white arched walls, the dazzling sunlight of the seaside feels a lot softer.

The key to completing the fusion is wood. It is not only the material that the seaside cabin should have, but also an indispensable constituent element of Nordic customs. Floors, stairs, tables and chairs. There's basically wood where you can see it.

"if you look at this house, in terms of structure and appearance, it is the same as other houses on the beach in Kent, but if you look inside, you will also find the warm and warm nature of the Nordic wooden house." "We enjoyed living in Norway from our own point of view, so this time we moved the Norwegian house to the UK," Scott Grady, the project manager, told the design website Dezeen.

The first floor of the building is used as a coffee shop and small shop, and there are a small number of seats on the second floor, as well as bathrooms-and even the whole bathroom is made of wood.

In order to highlight the Nordic amorous feelings, designers also put a lot of thought into home decoration: chandeliers, cloth sofas, chairs with wire feet, light wood furniture, yellow, green, blue and white colors, with the Scandinavian name written in every detail.
