The second video uses the reverse pressure method, which is also our recommended production method, which can be more flexible to adjust the soaking time and other steps.

The purpose of this demonstration is to demonstrate the density of the filter without coffee powder. in the absence of coffee powder, there is only a little water coming out when it is turned upside down, and then there is no dripping water at all, so it is no problem to turn it upside down so that you can press it down for the time you want. after adding coffee powder, the effect will only be better.
