Latte is the translation of Italian "Latte". In Italy, "Latte" is hot milk, and latte is called "CoffeeLatte", which is a kind of fancy coffee. Latte is a classic blend of Italian espresso and milk. Italians also like lattes as breakfast drinks. In the Italian kitchen in the morning, coffee and milk are usually brewed on the sunlit stove. Italians who drink lattes like milk rather than espresso, and only espresso can bring unforgettable taste to ordinary milk.

Lattes are not exclusive to Italy. Many countries have their own understanding of lattes. Let's take a look at some unique lattes.

Italian latte

The Italian latte requires a small cup of Espresso (Italian coffee word) and a cup of milk (150mm 200ml). The latte contains more milk and less coffee, pouring nearly 65 degrees milk into the freshly made espresso. In fact, there is no fixed rule on how much milk is added, and it can be freely mixed according to individual taste.

Macchiato coffee

Decorate two tablespoons of milk foam directly on the Italian espresso to become the macchiato coffee that the Italians call EspressoMacchiato. If you add caramel, it becomes caramel macchiato coffee.

Taffy\ hazel fructose\ latte

Espresso mixed with toffee\ hazelnut syrup, poured in nearly 65 degrees of soaked milk, turned into toffee latte and hazelnut latte.

American latte

If you add some frothy cold milk to the hot milk, it becomes an American latte. Starbucks American lattes are made this way: espresso at the bottom, milk heated to 65-75 ℃ in the middle, and cold milk foam no more than half a centimeter.

Iced Cafe Latte

1. Fill the glass with 5% ice cubes and add 10 grams of syrup. 2. Pour the fresh milk into the cup until it is seven minutes full, then stir well so that the syrup is melted into the fresh milk to increase the proportion of fresh milk. 3. Let the coffee slowly pour into the cup along the back of the spoon, not too fast, so as not to destroy the sense of hierarchy. 4. Add two more tablespoons of milk foam.

Ole Coffee

It is easier to add a cup of espresso to a large cup of hot milk without foam, such as milk caffeine.

Matcha latte

Put the matcha powder into the cup, then warm the milk to about 65 degrees Celsius, pour a small amount of milk (about 1/5 of the cup) into the matcha powder, stir for half a minute to make the matcha powder completely dissolve, beat the milk foam with an electric milk bubble, and pour the milk foam into the dissolved matcha liquid, and the lightest and finest milk bubbles will float on the top.

Black Tea latte

Black tea latte is made from black tea extract or black tea bag mixed with milk at 1:4. It tastes mellow and fragrant. It is a very healthy drink.

Looking at cups of such a moving latte, how can one not satisfy his craving for caffeine?
