Cafe Tomaselli
Cafe Tomaselli was born in 1703 in the old market in Salzburg, Austria. Salzburg is the hometown of Mozart. Mozart likes to order Einspanner in this coffee shop (black coffee with cream, enjoy in a tall glass) ~
After World War II, the cafe was turned into a doughnut shop, which caused great dissatisfaction among the citizens. After returning to the hands of the Austrians in 1950, the old cafe was restored. Under the meticulous inheritance of the Tomaselli family, it has become the symbol of Salzburg, Austria.
Cafe Le Procope
Le Procope, located in an alley behind Boulevard Saint-Germain in the Latin district of Paris, is the first coffee shop to open in Paris and is described by Wikipedia as the earliest coffee shop in the world. Although no one can prove her authenticity, her fame is unknown.
After its opening in 1686, Voltaire, a writer, drank 40 cups of coffee a day when he was writing in Paris, and Napoleon had no money to take a cap as collateral when he was young.
