Understand the common sense of paper cups

Paper cups are divided into one-sided PE coated paper cups and double-sided PE coated paper cups.

Single-sided PE coated paper cups: the paper cups produced with single-sided PE coated paper are called single PE paper cups (common domestic market cups, advertising paper cups are mostly single-sided PE coated paper cups). The form of expression is as follows: there is a smooth PE film on the water side of the paper cup.

Double-sided PE coated paper cup: the paper cup produced with double-sided PE coated paper is called double-sided PE paper cup. The form of expression is: there is PE coated film on the inside and outside of the paper cup.

Paper cup size: we measure the size of paper cups in OZ. For example: common on the market 9 oz, 6.5 oz, 7 oz paper cup and so on.

Ounce (OZ): an ounce is a unit of weight, which here represents: the weight of an ounce is equal to the weight of 28.34ml of water.

It can be expressed as follows: 1 ounce (OZ) = 28.34ml (ml) = 28.34g (g)

Paper cups: in China, we call 3murmur18-ounce (OZ) cups as paper cups, and conventional paper cups can be produced on our LBZ-LI or LBZ-L paper cup forming machines.

Note: paper cup machines paper bowl machines are different machines. LBZ-LI & LBZ-L paper cup forming machines are used to produce 3-18 ounce paper cups; LBZ-LII & LBZ-LIII paper bowl forming machines are used to produce 20-60 ounce paper bowls.

The most common specifications are 3 oz, 6.5 oz, 7 oz, 8 oz, 9 oz, 12 oz.

6.5 ounces is about 200 milliliters

7 ounces is about 220 milliliters

8 ounces is about 240 milliliters

9 ounces is about 250 milliliters

12 ounces is about 350 milliliters.

In the actual operation, our domestic concept of ounces is often not very clear, we can use quantitative specification data to record, that is, diameter x low warp x height will be more intuitive.

Paper selection:

It is determined according to market price, cost, size and market positioning.

Paper cup quality: regardless of machine factors, the better the paper, the heavier the paper, the better the quality.
