Step 1: Water heating
Take a siphon pot as an example. Add a proper amount of water to the pot and heat it.
Step 2: Put it right and insert it into the pot
Bring the water in the lower pot to a boil, straighten the tilted upper pot, shake it gently from side to side and press it slightly downward, and gently stuff it into the lower pot. When the upper pot is plugged in, you can see that the water in the lower pot starts to climb up.
Step 3: Pour in coffee powder
Wait until the water in the next pot has completely climbed up to the top pot, and then you can pour the coffee powder.
Step 4: Stir
Stir in the coffee powder and dissolve.
Step 5: flameout, siphon
Remove the torch lamp, take the cloth prepared in advance, gently wrap the side of the lower pot from the side, do not let the damp cloth touch the place where the flame contacts at the bottom of the lower pot, in order to prevent the lower pot from cracking. At this point you can see the coffee siphoning rapidly from the top pot to the bottom pot. If your upper pot is properly aligned and sealed, the lower pot will have a lot of light brown foam.
Step 6: Pour into coffee cup
After coffee is sucked into the lower pot, hold the upper pot with one hand and the lower pot with the other hand, shake the upper pot left and right, and separate the upper pot from the lower pot. Pour coffee into a preheated coffee cup and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
