But it's like stepping into another world.

As soon as you open the door, you can see the bar, a bookcase full of utensils and wine bottles, and a staircase leading to the second floor, inside which is the customer's seat. All kinds of utensils on the bar are crowded, although there are many, but each one lies quietly in its own seat, in good order. As a loser who loves coffee, of course, it is customary to worship the handsome Spirit coffee machine and the microscope-like bean grinder independently developed by Rose Coffee.

As soon as we entered the door, Sister Rose, who was making coffee, raised her head and greeted us very kindly. I saw that the bar was full of people, and I had to flow inside when I had planned to occupy the "feng shui seat" of the bar. Because the view of sitting at the bar is as open as a panoramic picture of a SLR, the brewing process is clear. With the strong aroma of coffee, we went into the inner room, and there were only a few guests: the young man fiddling with the camera, the middle-aged man in a daze. We took a seat, ordered two cups of rose sister's recommended items: Costa Rican red honey and Sidamo nectar, and then turned on the 361-degree Mad Dog mode to take pictures.

Like the bean grinders and hand racks seen in recent years, they are also seen at the exhibition. And Rose Coffee is about to launch their newly developed product, a small household roaster. When I asked why Rose Coffee was famous in the industry, Sister Rose explained: "We have something different here from time to time, and the guests think it's funny. That's why they want to come to us. It's fun. It's simple."

Including coffee bean roasting and appliance research and development, this has always been the thing. When you make it a habit to accomplish something, you will feel uncomfortable when you don't do it one day.

As for the location of Rose Coffee, I actually had doubts for a long time. The environment is so secluded, why do you insist on it in the first place? For the nostalgic sister Rose, here is more to retain a sense of age, with historical accumulation. After all, it has been here for many years, the house of the Republic of China, built in 1927, and now it has been nearly a hundred years. It is very rare in Guangzhou. At the same time, it has the deed and property certificate of the National Government, and the former site reported for Hong Kong. Sister Rose said: "I especially like these two alleys. They have a great sense of history. If there are new choices in the future, I hope I can keep this place."
