Yunnan Aixing Group successfully introduced the world's top coffee variety Rosa, with mature and stable bean quality, good adaptability to local climate and soil, high rust resistance, high yield and strong cold resistance, especially in cup quality. This means that China's first Rosa Coffee Manor was born in Pu'er, Yunnan Province.
With the help of the Yunnan provincial government, Yunnan Aiyi Group has joined hands with Starbucks to improve the level of coffee cultivation in Yunnan since 2011. In addition, 33 high-quality coffee varieties such as Rosa and Bourbon have been introduced from the main coffee producing areas in the world to be planted in Aiyi Manor, and the World Coffee Expo Park has been established. After five years of planting and initial processing, except for two varieties which are not resistant to rust and are not suitable for the local climate and soil, the other varieties have performed well, and the cup test performance of three varieties is particularly amazing. In January this year, Aiyi Manor sent samples of these 33 new coffee varieties to the United States, asking the world coffee industry leader, former president of the American Fine Coffee Association (SCAA) and one of the founders of the Coffee quality Research Institute (CQI) Ted Lingle to test the cup. the cup test scores of the first five varieties were 84.25,84.5,84.5,85.5 and 87, respectively. At the beginning of 2016, Jeremy Wakeford, a coffee master with 50 years of international cup testing experience, was specially invited to Aiyi Manor from Europe to evaluate and evaluate the 33 varieties as a whole, as well as the cup test by BBA, a famous French coffee cup tester. The results are highly consistent with Mr. Ted's cup test results. Jeremy Wakeford describes Rose Summer as "as pure as an angel". "the fruit acidity is refreshing, mellow thickness is good, slightly tea, and honey pomelo, apricot, citrus, caramel flavor."
Aiyi Manor is located in Manzhongtian Village, Simao District, Pu'er City, with similar latitudes, altitude, planting conditions and climate to the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, and is located in the golden zone of coffee cultivation in the world.
