The volume and price of coffee exports from Yunnan have increased simultaneously.

Yunnan coffee exports account for 56.5% of the country's total, ranking first among all provinces (autonomous regions and cities) in the country. According to historical data, it is Yunnan coffee in the second and third quarters.

According to historical data, the second and third quarters are the peak season for Yunnan coffee export. Since March this year, the province's coffee export has increased rapidly, with a monthly export of 13000 tons of coffee in May, with an export value of 250 million yuan, which has reached a new high for the province's monthly coffee export in recent years. Since June, the province's coffee exports have declined month by month, but the average export price has been rising all the way. In September, the average monthly coffee export price reached 27.6 yuan per kilogram, the highest in the first three quarters.

In the first three quarters, the province's coffee exports to the European Union totaled 540 million yuan, an increase of 23.1 percent, accounting for 38.5 percent of the province's coffee exports. Among them, Germany and Belgium are the main consumers of Yunnan coffee in the European Union, accounting for 88.8% of the province's coffee exports to the European Union. At the same time, coffee exports to Hong Kong increased to 450 million yuan from 35.68 million yuan in the same period last year. 3 exports to ASEAN increased by 220 million yuan, with Vietnam accounting for 75.7 percent of the total.

From the point of view of the place of shipment of exported coffee, Pu'er, Baoshan and Dehong are the three major sources of coffee in the province, accounting for 29.2%, 20.8% and 11.8% of the province's coffee exports respectively.
