Stupid Baking promotes the Standardization of Coffee production in Yunnan
The World Coffee Science Conference with the theme of "sharing Coffee Scientific and technological Progress" was held in Kunming from November 13 to 19. The exhibition gathered coffee products from all over the world, including high-tech products in the coffee industry chain. A "high research value" intelligent coffee roaster attracted people's attention at the exhibition.
According to Hu Lu, deputy secretary general of the Yunnan Coffee Industry Association, China is one of the countries with the fastest growth in coffee consumption in the world. At present, the national coffee consumption is about 100 billion yuan, with a consumption growth rate of 20%, more than 10 times the world average. In the coffee growing areas of Yunnan, the quality of raw beans is evaluated by roasting and cup testing, but coffee farmers and small coffee farms do not have the ability to bake coffee and cup test, and roasting still restricts Yunnan coffee to the road to high-quality coffee.
Dong Zuliang, who has been involved in the coffee industry in Yunnan for 50 years, said: "Cafe farmers do not understand coffee roasting and taste testing, and planting has become unconscious. coupled with the continuous fluctuations in coffee prices in recent years, curry farmers are not active in improving coffee cultivation."
In the traditional sense, the coffee roaster is bulky, expensive and complex to operate, which requires professional roasting technicians. To this end, Shenzhen Xuepai Coffee Company and South Korea J3 Company have developed an intelligent roaster for coffee beans after six years, interacting with coffee scientists from all over the world at the science conference for the first time to experience "stupid" roasting. After customers have a fully automatic coffee roaster, they will directly buy raw beans from farmers or cooperatives to bake by themselves and choose their favorite varieties and suppliers. This will promote the standardization of coffee cultivation and production in Yunnan, and will also open the "stupid" roasting era of coffee consumption.

Collective complaint of "over-marketing" caused by a cup of coffee
In fact, the problem of overselling is not only found in Starbucks coffee shops, but in almost any area of business. When you go to a restaurant, the waiter recommends a certain dish to you endlessly; when you go to get a haircut, you only want a trim, but the barber insists that your hair needs to be nutritious. In fact, consumers are not blindly opposed to pushing.
