Eating fast food and drinking coffee are twice as harmful to blood sugar.
Modern life is fast paced, and many busy office workers tend to have a cup of coffee and a snack for lunch. A new study from the University of Guelph in Canada found that drinking coffee with fast food can double the damage to blood sugar.
The study appears in the journal Nutrition Reports. The study found that eating fast food high in saturated fat and drinking coffee had a worse effect on blood sugar than not drinking coffee. Usually, one.
Healthy people's blood sugar levels peak after a high-fat meal, and if high fat is added to caffeine, blood sugar levels rise to levels similar to those of diabetics.
A high-fat diet inhibits the enzyme GnT-4a, which promotes insulin secretion, leading to high blood sugar. Add caffeine to the mix and double the damage. In layman's terms, saturated fat interferes with the body's ability to remove sugar from the bloodstream, and when combined with caffeine, the situation is even worse. Because sugar stays in the bloodstream for too long, it can cause damage to organs.
The study involved two groups of healthy men aged 20 to 30 who, depending on their weight, were given a special saturated fat drink, one gram per kilogram of body weight, to replace the energy of a fast food meal. Then drink 2 cups of caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee 5 hours later. The study showed that blood sugar rose by 32 percent in a group that drank only saturated fat drinks, while blood sugar rose by 65 percent in a group that drank both saturated fat drinks and coffee.
Fat and caffeine affected the connection between the pancreas and the digestive tract, making it harder for sugar to be cleared from the blood of both groups of men. Moreover, if they drink coffee five hours after drinking fatty drinks, it can also increase blood sugar, indicating that the fat intake will remain in the body for more than five hours before it is completely digested, and lunch will affect the food they eat later.
After eating fatty snacks, please stop drinking coffee.

Classification and classification of coffee beans
Coffee beans are graded first by size and then by density. With two exceptions, all coffee beans have a considerable size and the same proportion, with flat on one side and semi-oval on the other. The special cases are pea-shaped coffee beans that tend to be more oval in shape and giant coffee beans with large particles (that is, Marragol peel coffee beans). The prices of these two kinds of coffee beans are always higher.
