The world's first bag of coffee beans slowly left the African continent in the 6th century AD and developed for thousands of years. In 1530, the first coffee shop appeared in Damascus in the north of the Ottoman Empire. In 1601, the word "coffee" appeared in British newspapers. For more than 1,000 years, coffee trees have blossomed and fruited everywhere in the most suitable land for survival in the world, and finally formed major producing areas. Coffee is grown in more than 70 countries around the world, especially in tropical areas above 1000 meters above sea level. World-famous coffee varieties are Colombia coffee, Brazilian coffee, Ethiopian coffee, Indonesian mantelin coffee, Italy's blend (by more than two kinds of coffee blend) coffee and so on. Coffee beans are divided into Arabica coffee beans, Robusta coffee beans and Liberica coffee beans according to type. Coffee beans from each region are unique from color to taste. Coffee experts generally believe that no coffee is the best in the world, only coffee drinkers like and dislike it.

Central America and the Caribbean: Costa Rica, Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico, etc. Among them, the most famous Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee is known as "the most expensive coffee in the world", and the domestic price per kilogram is about 1200-1500 yuan. Blue Mountain coffee tastes slightly sour, soft, delicate, pure blue mountain coffee production is small and expensive, so the market cheaper "Blue Mountain Blend" or "Blue Mountain Style" coffee (Blue Mountain Style) is usually a blend of Colombia beans.

South America: Just mention Brazil and Colombia, it seems to smell the coffee fragrance. Since the first introduction of coffee trees in 1720, Brazil has become the world's largest coffee exporter, accounting for 30% of the world's production. In the mid-1990s, two frosts in Brazil caused coffee production to decline, causing international coffee prices to rise by 50%. So far, Brazil's climate remains one of the main indicators coffee futures traders use to predict coffee trends. The best quality coffee in Brazil is produced in the Central Serrado region of Minas Gerais, which attracts European coffee manufacturers with its excellent balance and characteristic rich cocoa aroma and high sweetness.

Colombia is the world's largest exporter of Arabica coffee. The coffee region of the central mountains is centered on Medellín, while the eastern mountains are centered on Bogotá. The central mountain range is dominated by volcanic soil, so the acidity of high-quality coffee is relatively high; while the eastern production area dominated by sedimentary soil has low acidity and higher aroma.

Africa: African coffee contains fruit aroma, red wine aroma, acidity bright, cheerful. When it comes to African coffee, Kenya stands out. In the early 20th century, Bourbon coffee was brought to Kenya from Yemen by the Catholic Order of Augustine and began to attract coffee merchants all over the world.

Ethiopia, home of coffee, is also known for its famous coffee. From wild coffee to modern plantations, people can still find a variety of coffee growing methods here. There are two production areas: "Hara" in the northeast of the Hara Plateau and "Yerka Sherphine" in the middle. Hara coffee has a charming aroma, mostly sun-dried treatment, taste light, often known as "coffee in the red wine." Yerka coffee is favored by Germans and Japanese for its rich floral fragrance and citrus sweetness.

Asia: Asian coffee is the hero of the Dutch-the Dutch brought coffee to Sumatra in the 17th century, which gave birth to mantning coffee. At the end of the 18th century, due to the spread of coffee rust, Indonesia basically destroyed the coffee industry, so Indonesians had to change to the disease-resistant Roberto special coffee, but Mantenin is still Indonesia's famous product-full particles, syrupy taste, after medium and deep roasting, the hot taste is like the clear sky in tropical summer.

Asian producing areas should also mention Vietnam, this country began to grow coffee during the French colonial period, mostly Java and Bourbon varieties, mainly producing Robett coffee beans, taste moderate, good balance.
