Fortunately, along the way, he met many noble people to support him, including neighborhood hawkers who taught him how to cook, friends who let him and his young class participate in coffee classes, etc., so that he could cope with the operation of the cafe and get back on track in a short time.
From then on, the cafe changed its name to "TPC Home Cafe".

Develop new products, private kitchens, make customers feel at home
Calling the cafe "home", Chen Bao mainly wants to let everyone know that they are a cafe and homestay with the concept of "home" as its business goal, hoping that customers can feel the feeling of returning home.
Chen Baoquan said that the cafe has not been in operation for more than a year, and the food on the menu is still being gradually improved to ensure that the meals provided have enough selling points to meet the needs of customers.

" We don't have many choices on our menu, so I often come up with some private dishes to entertain customers who come almost every day. The most important thing is that the other party feels that being here is as simple and warm as having a meal at home."

Plan a franchise program for young people to develop together
Chen Pao-wen feels that it is not easy to start a business, especially in the catering industry. If many young people want to join this field, they do not have a certain cooking skill, and there is a high possibility that they will not be able to operate for a long time.
Therefore, he also planned a set of joining plans for young people to develop together.
He revealed that his niece was originally the manager of the coffee shop at home, but after seeing that the other party's ability was allowed, she had arranged for her to be the manager of the first branch, and she had full authority to lead the new place.
He said that the existing franchise plan, in addition to the relatively simple opening of the mouth monopoly coffee shop pasta category, but also have training plans, if the qualification is appropriate, later can become a new branch store manager, or to join the chain is feasible, the way of cooperation can be negotiated, the most important thing is to let young people have the opportunity to play their strengths.
