The Akane teacher at Starbucks introduced the basic knowledge of the coffee bean and the basic skills of coffee tasting, taking the coffee bean "Feng Wu Xiangyun" as an example. This unusual blend is Starbucks' first blend of beans from Baoshan, Yunnan, China, and other coffees from Asia and the Pacific. It has mild and refreshing acidity, medium mellow, well-balanced flavor and aromas of herbs and cocoa powder. Mr. Akane followed the four steps of coffee tasting: "smell, suck, determine, and describe" to lead you to taste this coffee bean. Match the food according to the suggestion of this coffee, lead you to choose the dessert in the store, and communicate with the students to describe the taste and feeling. After introducing the four elements of coffee brewing, Mr. Akane introduced the coffee brewing method, as well as several other home-friendly cooking methods and utensils.

Mr. Jason introduced the derivative of coffee to the students. Starting from the coffee taste, I introduced the coffee drinks such as latte, cappuccino, caramel macchiato and so on to the students one by one.
