Only after working as a barista for many years did I feel that drinking individual coffee is king, perhaps for personal reasons. I don't still like fancy coffee. If I were allowed to drink it, I certainly couldn't drink a cup, half a cup at most. Now it's enough. I feel that fancy coffee is very greasy, especially the coffee made on the market is really no different from sugar water. I don't like sweets very much in the first place. Now, on the contrary, there is some aversion to drinking fancy coffee, while drinking single coffee is different. Different single coffee has different flavor and taste, even the flavor is different. Maybe you usually don't feel heavy taste, because you eat hot pot for a long time, especially friends in Chongqing.
