In the report, coffee data were extracted from four first-tier cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, collected by Meituan Dianping, as well as 12 key cities: Xiamen, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shenyang, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Zhengzhou and Dalian. According to the data in the Brand list, the traditional chain brands represented by Starbucks and Man Coffee are still ahead of other stores in terms of store traffic. In the coffee shop service quality and environmental quality index rankings, the service quality on the list are all independent cafes, except for a chain brand on the list in a city, the rest are independent cafes.
