The specific steps are as follows

3. Now the cup body can be surrounded by transparent glue.

4. Install the bottom of the cup and fix it with transparent glue.

5. Starting from the bottom of the cup, stick it to the cup with drawing paper, old newspaper or rice paper, but be careful not to have air bubbles.

6. Now you have to pretend to be a handle.
