The coffee course offered by New Taipei City Councillor Zhou Yaling attracts many people to attend. Of the 20 members of the class held in Jiancheng every Thursday afternoon, only one Grandpa student, Chen Maoji, 68, loves coffee very much. He, who takes his grandson every day, also takes the time to learn to make coffee. After three classes, the more he learns, the more interested he becomes.

The siphon coffee taught in the last section will be reviewed again today. Starting with the introduction of grinding beans, although all the students in the class are female students, Chen Mao-ji, who is already a grandfather, does not have stage fright at all, and then returns to his seat. Step by step, student Chen Mao-ji says that he has a cup of coffee with his wife every day, so this time he specially signed up for it. I didn't expect that the more I studied, the more interesting it became.

City Councillor Chou Ya-ling said that although it was only the third class, the teachers taught carefully and the students studied attentively from hand flushing, siphon, and picking beans taught on this day. This Grandpa student also paid special attention and hoped that everyone could enjoy the good coffee.

Grandpa trainee Chen Maoji said that he usually takes his grandson at home and specially signs up to attend. During class time, the grandson is brought by his wife, and he also finds that it is not difficult to make coffee at all. Although, after a week, he inevitably forgets a little, but he still studies slowly, sharing it in groups of five, which makes it easier and more interesting to learn coffee.

I often drink coffee, but I am never too old to learn. Chen Maoji made it himself and gave it to the teacher to try it. The evaluation seems to be good. I also hope that in the next course, I will learn more coffee knowledge and skills with you.
