Do you want to go to Europe and sit on the street eating breakfast and drinking coffee? But does not cheap travel always deter you? It doesn't matter. Lin Mingqun, chairman of Mandarin boutique, built an European cafe, Caf é de Lugano, on the first floor of Mandarin Oriental European-style atrium, making people feel as if they were on the streets of Europe, enjoying the sun and coffee.

After Thai & Thai Thai Restaurant in 2015, Danma's shabu-shabu in 2016 and teppanyaki, Wenhua boutique this year (2017) built Cafe de Lugano Lucanuefa Cafe, the most European cafe in Taipei, in the atrium on the first floor. Chairman Lin Mingqun invited the famous American designer Barbara Allen, combined with the original paintings of French contemporary painter Jacques Pellegrin, to create an interior space that combines European luxury and modern feeling. And the outdoor atrium full of colorful and leisurely atmosphere in southern Europe.

In addition to space, Leo, who has Italian cuisine qualifications and is good at blending local ingredients into orthodox French cuisine, is the head chef, so many familiar Taiwanese elements, such as pork chops, duck appreciation and Hong Kong-style roast meat, can be found in Lucanuo Yifa Cafe, adding to the guests' visual and taste taste. The cafe serves brunch, a la carte, dinner, and mixed drinks.

For "brunch" served from 11:00 to 5:00, "crispy pig oatmeal" is a French presentation of Hong Kong-style roast meat familiar to Taiwanese, while replacing Italian-style stew with healthy, high-fiber and low-calorie oatmeal. The pork with skin is cooked at a low temperature and then slowly fried until the skin is crispy, Lin Tingyou said, which is to show the taste of Hong Kong-style crispy meat, so that breakfast oatmeal is no longer boring.
