Maintenance of semi-automatic coffee machine
The service life of semi-automatic coffee machines of the same brand in domestic cafes is often much shorter than that in foreign countries.
To a large extent, it is caused by the abnormal operation of the barista and the daily maintenance of the coffee machine.
The barista's abnormal operation is generally manifested in that the barista does not know enough about the function of the coffee machine, excessive force on the handle causes damage to the coffee machine handle and connection buckle, excessive press and twist force will cause damage to the coffee machine.
Let's talk about the top priority of prolonging the service life of semi-automatic coffee machine-maintenance.
First of all, let's talk about the daily maintenance problem:
Clean the fuselage with a wet dishcloth before starting up. After making coffee every day, remove the handle and press the cleaning button of the coffee machine to rinse the coffee grounds left in the brewing head and on the filter, and then insert the handle into the seat and press the cleaning key to shake the handle to wash off the coffee grounds on the inside of the cooking head. Turn on the steam again to clean the milk residue in the steam pipe, then wipe the outside of the steam pipe with a clean wet rag (if there is milk dirt on the outside, soak the steam pipe in hot water and repeat the above operation). Every day, remove the water tray and rinse it with clean water, wipe it with a dishcloth and install it. Finally, the handle is soaked in hot water to dissolve the coffee oil left on the handle.
Let's talk about monthly or quarterly maintenance issues:
Replace the filter element every month. Take out the water softener and wash it every two months, soak it in about 100 centimeters of salt water for one night, cool and dry, then use it.
