GRAPH CAF É

GRAPH CAF É is is located in a quiet alley in the ancient city. Transparent glass walls and lush plants make the otherwise obscure shop magical, attracting many tourists to take beautiful photos in front of the door.

Although the shop is small, with only one big table and two small tables, it is packed with just a few people. But that's what GRAPH CAF É wants to tell us, hoping we can make friends quickly in this mini-cafe. They make coffee attentively and hope to bring enthusiasm to those looking for inspiration.

Although the sparrow is small, it still has the mood of life. The cabinet in the corner is full of antique cameras and bean grinders, and layers of hats look good in them.

When I have a cup of cold brewed coffee made by GRAPH CAF in the summer, all the heat seems to disappear at the entrance. Because it is not simply coffee with ice cubes, but cold coffee brewed with cold water after 12 hours of contact with coffee powder. Compared with the average coffee, it is more fragrant and has more caffeine, but not so much bitterness.

Find an idle afternoon to sit by the window of the shop, looking out of the window of the crowd and gradually softening the sun, everything seems so right.

GRAPH TABLE

Because GRAPH CAF É is is really too small, sometimes if you want to work, it will feel too crowded there. I remember once when I saw so many people, I silently asked the little brother if they had another store, not far away, if you could tell me where it was. The little brother has been busy with three heads and six arms, and just told me to wait. But to his surprise, a minute later he said, "follow me."

Then he sent me directly to GRAPH TABLE on a motorcycle and delivered the menu to me by hand before leaving. Moved to tears.

It's a lot more spacious than GRAPH CAF É, and it has a bathroom. I'm not afraid to sit all afternoon. As soon as you enter the store, there are Xiao Zhang's wooden tables and chairs on the left and a sofa seat on the right. The air conditioner in the store is all on, so you won't be afraid of the heat at all.

In fact, they started looking for suitable sites in northern and western Thailand in 2009, and later decided to open the world's first GRAPH CAF É an a year later.

In 2011, they began to learn to cook Italian food from Italian friends and travel long distances to find inspiration during the annoying rainy season.

They have been practicing making coffee every day for two years since they came back.

In the twinkling of an eye, it was 2014, and they succeeded in finding a suitable storefront in the small town of Chiang Mai, so they had the GRAPH CAF É that we just saw. Then in November of the same year, the store in Beibi House was closed. The next year you have the current GRAPH TABLE, which also sells spaghetti, pizza and brunch to satisfy your taste buds.

GRAPH doesn't just make coffee, they also like to invent and create good-looking drinks, but they can't drink them anywhere else.
