Last visit to Chiang Mai was about three years ago and memories of the place are slow pace and cozy atmosphere. When I came to this small town again, what surprised me most was the local coffee culture. The lovely cafes everywhere made the city small and fresh, petty and fashionable...

My favorite Cafe in Chiang Mai is Graph. Although it is located in a narrow alley, which is less than 20 square meters, there are only three tables in the store, but it is full of surprises.

Let's start with the renovations. White walls, wooden tables and chairs, simple. And we guess the owner should be a photographer, many corners of the store are very photography related, camera, film, even each drink will come with a postcard. You can see the intention of the store owner, all the details are almost perfect, even the perfectionist friends in the same industry can not find fault.

As for drinks, the first thing to say is that this Monochrome is definitely the treasure of the shop! Really super! Level! Good! Drink! Made from espresso, activated charcoal and vanilla milk, it has a sweet taste, and the coffee taste is relatively not very strong.

Midnight and Boy with girlfriend. I love the taste of both, especially the second one. If you don't drink enough, or if there are too many people when you come, you can also buy bottled Cold Brew Coffee to take away.

Woo Cafe is a flower-themed cafe not far from Laocheng District. Inside and outside is a delicate green garden scene. Flowers are natural or inserted in bottles, or hung on the wall, accompanied by coffee aroma, extremely romantic.

Surprisingly, the space here is very large. Through the corridor, there are comfortable sofas, quiet plant terraces and, of course, lively cutlery. Even so, we waited about 30 minutes. The hotel PR told us it was "The hottest cafe in town."

And the food, tableware is good, set plate is ok. However, the taste was nothing special. However, there were some light foods here. He did not know what the quality was. But many of you here are also for the environment ~ if it happens to be near the old city, it is also a good choice to sit.

Woo Cafe is also a lifestyle store and gallery. From the door there are many good things you can buy, from Thailand local handmade home furnishings, to my favorite Thai organic brand THANN and so on. Curious, we went up the stairs to the second floor, where we were greeted by two giant "Zhou Dongyu," which turned out to be an occasional exhibition. If you are interested, you can come and see it ~

When it comes to Ristr8to, a lot of people talk about its owner, Mr. Arnon. It is said that when he was very young, he studied Latte Art in Australia and won many international awards for coffee pulling flowers. Therefore, many people recommend it as "Chiang Mai's most worthwhile Cafe."

The cafe is located in Chiang Mai's most fashionable Nimman district, because the store focuses on the coffee itself and the store design is not very fancy. No open-air garden, no flowers embellishment, simple design, but there is a strong industrial wind. You can sit indoors and outdoors, but it's often hard to find one.

Actually, we're here for this cup. The skull shape is also a bit too cool! There are several types of coffee that can be served in this cup, but we chose the signature Nikka Macchiato. It tastes like ice latte, a bit sweet.

Affogato is also a popular choice in the store. Pour the thick espresso into the blue vanilla ice cream, and the taste is simply too wonderful! In addition, Shakerato from Hell is said to have been invented less than a year ago, mixing coffee, cocoa, milk, smoothies and other materials. In fact, the coffee taste is not very heavy.

Akha Ama's biggest feature is that it has its own planting base. The coffee beans used in the shop are all produced in northern Thailand, which is definitely a real Thai coffee.

Lee originally opened the coffee shop because he found that the climate in Akha village in northern Thailand was suitable for coffee beans, so he asked the local villagers to grow them. Later, in order to perfectly present the taste of these coffee beans, Lee opened this Cafe, which is said to increase the income of local farmers by 20%. He was invited to speak at TED.

Akha Ama now has two storefronts, we came to this one in the Laocheng District, located in Rachdhamnoen Rd, the entrance is not obvious. The interior of the shop was also mottled and simple. There was a large logo on the right wall.

This is probably the best coffee shop in Chiang Mai. Because after a few days, I feel that the coffee produced in Chiang Mai is generally weak and sweet. However, it was very rich here, and his peers had always praised his double espresso!

Like Ristr8to, Nimmanian Club is also located in Nimman, but it is hidden deeper, in a small alley next to the main road, quieter and more romantic.

One of the founders here is a bartender, and the combination of bartending and coffee is done, so the menu here is divided into "Non-alcoholic cocktail" and "Coffee".

‍‍‍Although it is a coffee shop, the must-order tea in the shop is this tea, named Butterfly Effect, which is a drink that blends black tea and butterfly bean flower. The cup was also very cute. After pouring different kinds of Han Fei into it, the effect was also very good.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

If you look good, you can try Sweet Fairy, which is a combination of iced coffee and strawberry milkshake, a little more romantic girl feelings, but also a little too sweet. If it tastes good, you might as well order Iced Chocolate, which tastes very rich, and the syrup next to it is super mini cute, very good!

Khagee stands for Khagee Natural Yeast Bread Cafe. This small cafe located on the riverside of Chiang Mai is also a small and beautiful shop. It is said that the owner is the most handsome barista in Chiang Mai, which also adds a lot of points to this place. Unfortunately, he was already taken. His wife was a Japanese girl who loved baking.

The shop seemed to have a faint Japanese style, and the furnishings were very simple. Simple coffee machine, transparent display case, a little bit of a sense of the era of tables and chairs, that's all. However, they are accompanied by the aroma of coffee and warm roasting.

Khagee's coffee is also very famous. In addition to being handsome, the owner Thames insists on mixing with light roasted Asama. The taste is very good. The coffee is also very beautiful.

And the bread here is pretty good too! Thames 'wife's Japanese bakery is also widely regarded as the best in town. Being able to open a cafe with someone you love is probably the most insipid and valuable happiness.
