I will go on and firmly start my second dream of owning a coffee shop of my own. So I came to Donghua barista training School.

The teacher said: if an entrepreneur trying to open a coffee shop does not have the knowledge, experience and enthusiasm about coffee, then the coffee shop will often go astray. If I fail, I pay not only money and time, but also enthusiasm and self-confidence. In Donghua, I learned all kinds of knowledge about coffee, how coffee beans came into the world, how to bake, how to grind, how to make cups of magical drinks, how to open a coffee shop, how to make coffee more fragrant, mellow and beautiful. These days, I dream of making coffee by hand, shaking a siphon pot, filling powder, pulling flowers, and thinking about creative coffee recipes. There is a sentence in "Black Coffee" that impresses me that our hearts do not need cafes, or even coffee, but our hearts need friends. This may be why so many people want to open a coffee shop. It is the same these days in Donghua. I have learned the theory and skills of coffee and keep practicing it, but more importantly, I have made a large number of good friends who really love coffee and life.

Donghua is a very lovely place, the teacher is very lovely, the classmates are also very lovely, the people here come from all directions, different personalities, have completely different experiences, but for a common coffee dream, we study hard together every day and communicate happily. The students learn, eat and even live together every day, and communicate happily every day, and everyone smiles innocently and beautifully. These are far more touching than learning how to make coffee and how to pull flowers, and they are also a very good memory in my life. After graduation, I will continue on the road with this memory, run a warm coffee garden with my best efforts, and tell your stories to all the people I like.
