Ice drop coffee maker is generally expensive, if you want to drink an authentic cup of low-temperature extracted coffee at home, you can try cold-extracted coffee as follows: grind coffee beans (as thick as sugar), add ice water according to your favorite powder, put it in the freezer and refrigerate for 15-18 hours, then take out and remove coffee grounds with filter paper to get cold-extracted coffee. Iced coffee is not iced coffee.

How can coffee extracted with cold water for a long time at low temperature and low pressure be the same as coffee extracted for a short time with high temperature and high pressure?
