Yunus inherited her mother's private skills and studied at the chef's school. in order to bake authentic Turkish scones, he asked the master to make a tailor-made kiln, kneading noodles, throwing cakes and meat stuffing. He made a special trip to the old Tainan store to find charcoal, iron kebabs and spices were all imported from Turkey, and different meats had their own marinade recipes.
