Berg first briefly introduces the purpose and simple process of cup testing. Taiwan is becoming more and more fastidious about coffee beans. To make a choice among many different flavors, cup testing is the most direct and simplest way!

Grind the coffee beans into powder, first smell the dry aroma of four different kinds of coffee prepared today, and then soak them in boiling water according to a certain proportion. We choose the ratio of 1g coffee powder to 15g water to soak for 4 minutes. After that, you can smell the wet aroma of coffee powder soaked in water, which really has a different smell!

When the time is up, gently stir the coffee powder floating above (broken dregs), and pick up the remaining coffee grounds with two tablespoons along the edge of the cup (dregs). After the demonstration of Berg's different crushing techniques, these small moves can not be ignored, a little difference will have a great impact on the taste after drinking.

It's time for a long-awaited tasting! The four coffee styles selected today are quite obvious: clinique of Ethiopia, Cochel of Ethiopia, Alida of Panama and Esso Cooperative of Bolivia. It is recommended that after trying to drink, make associations with things you have eaten or drunk before, and immediately write it down on paper. Drink the same bean several times, and the taste will change with different temperatures.
